Nurse Call Alerts Go Directly to Caregiver’s Smartphone
The Noti-Fi option for the Provider 700 Nurse Call maintains a quiet healing environment while keeping staff mobile and connected to their residents/patients. With Noti-Fi, active calls directly text alert the assigned caregiver’s smartphone. Saving wasted steps, caregivers can “accept” an active call which in turn automatically alerts other team members who is responding to the call. In addition, team members can also receive emails.
Direct Notification – caregivers receive text alerts of their assigned patient’s calls with detailed information including room number and call type for a prompt, personalized staff response
Overtime Notification – if calls that aren’t cleared within a set time period, they automatically route to a secondary caregiver’s phone, ensuring no patient call is forgotten
Configurable Alert Teams – customizable teams, such as code, staff emergency, or bath emergency, automatically route call information simultaneously to several team member’s smartphones; speeding response to critical events
